Netflix’s PUNISHER Release DATE and TRAILER

Marvel and Netflix’s Punisher has finally set a premiere date. Announced yesterday, the series, a spin-off of the Daredevil Netflix series, will debut on November 17. Originally, it had been rumored that the premiere date would be announced during a New York Comic-Con panel earlier this month, but the panel and announcement were canceled in the wake of the deadly mass shooting in Las Vegas.

Netflix also released a new trailer for the series, which can be viewed above.

The series is executive produced by showrunner Steve Lightfoot, Jim Chory, and Jeph Loeb, who also serves as Marvel’s head of television. The series is produced by Marvel Television in association with ABC Studios for Netflix.

Official Synopsis: After exacting revenge on those responsible for the death of his wife and children, Frank Castle uncovers a conspiracy that runs far deeper than New York’s criminal underworld.

Starring: Jon Bernthal, Jason R. Moore, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Michael Nathanson, Jaime Ray Newman, Amber Rose Revah, and Deborah Ann Woll.

Release Date: November 17, 2017.
