Star Trek is living long and prospering over on CBS All Access! Panel attendees at New York Comic Con, this weekend were treated to two brand new trailers on Saturday for the third season of “Star Trek: Discovery”, and the highly anticipated debut of “Star Trek: Picard”.
“Star Trek: Picard” premieres on CBS All Access in the US and Canada on January 23, 2020. The first teaser trailer was released in July, but this trailer, for the 10-episode series, features Sir Patrick Stewart in the title role, front and center, joined by some familiar faces, and a few new ones as well. Stewart played Picard on “Star Trek: Next Generation,” which aired for seven seasons from 1987 to 1994, and four Star Trek films.
Star Trek: Discovery is gearing up for its third season, premiering in 2020. Following the events of season two, this third season teaser trailer primarily centers around Commander Michael Burnham, played to perfection by the incredibly talented Sonequa Martin-Green, struggling to find answers in a future several centuries beyond the one she once knew.
