65,000 people attended #DragonCon2022. The fan-based panels were able to collect almost $95,000 for Open Hand Atlanta, which Dragon Con matched for a combined donation of $190,000.

3. NY Times x Dragon Con
The Black Geeks of Dragon Con gathered for a group cosplay photoshoot over Labor Day weekend. Since 2015, this group has grown from dozens to hundreds of participants.
