Google revealed a number of cool new devices today at the Pixel phone event. The two devices making the most noise out of the bunch are the Pixel smartphone and Daydream View VR headset (seen above). The standard Pixel will be available in 5-inches and the Pixel XL will be 5.5-inches. Both of the phones are packaged with the exact same specs, so the deciding decision when choosing between the two only comes down to size. The smartphones will be the first to come with the new Google Assistant already built-in, giving Pixel phone users an upper-hand over the Google Now users.

The Daydream View headset will be the perfect companion for the Pixel. It will sell for only $80 US, making it quite an inexpensive option for virtual reality when compared to the Oculus Rift ($599 US) , PlayStation VR ($400 US), or HTC Vive ($799 US). In addition, Google is boasting that it is 30% lighter than the competition and that it will include a special remote for navigation menus for apps and games.
