A new installment of Telltale’s The Walking Dead is finally here! The Walking Dead: A New Frontier follows a young man named Javier who meets Clementine, the main character from The Walking Dead: Season Two. Javier is determined to locate his lost family while Clementine tags along and helps when she can along the way.

A New Frontier contains a high amount of tension from the get-go, giving the game a very strong start. The gameplay has not deviated much from the other additions to the series. However, the story is typically the strongest element of the game series that keeps players coming back for more anyways. At the time of this writing, 257 reviews on Steam have provided the game a rating of “Very Positive”. A few of the comments state that while they were disappointed that they could not play as Clementine, Javier proves to be a compelling character who has the potential to win these players over.
