ATLANTA: Do you feel a chill sending shivers down your spine? Does the approach of Halloween night make you hungry for the terror only a haunted house can provide? We know the place you NEED to see! NETHERWORLD Haunted House is now open every night through Halloween, and with two entirely new haunts, THE UNDYING HORROR and PARASITIC, thrill seekers across Atlanta and beyond can experience a fear found nowhere else.
“Over the years NETHERWORLD has become a destination for haunt fans far and wide” said NETHERWORLD Haunted House co-creator Billy Messina. “By opening every night in the two weeks leading up to Halloween and then some, it gives those true lovers of horror and haunted houses much more of an opportunity to celebrate the season with us.”
Along with the two haunts, NETHERWORLD is offering access to its expanded Halloween-themed Midway featuring a myriad of creepy photo ops (including a huge new skeletal dragon), roaming creatures aplenty, and a variety of food options including demented donuts, hot dogs, nachos, and gourmet popcorn in flavors like sweet, hot and spicy and dill pickle. Guests can also get their hands on Dr. Octane’s Bizarre Beverages, where the sinister mad scientist Dr. Octane will serve up several flavors of tasty non-alcoholic bubbling concoctions featuring swirls of colors perfect for a share-worthy video!
In addition, adventurers can enjoy a new experience between the haunts called “You Scare,” where players will get their shot at being the villain by using a paintball gun (i.e. “scare blaster”) to shoot paint at an unbreakable see-through barrier, startling guests in line for the second haunted house. If that isn’t enough, the launch of a laser-based horror survival add-on experience is also available for the first time ever. Titled “Alien Terror,” the experience will put NETHERWORLD adventurers face-to-face with an extraterrestrial monster that has one goal: to turn every player in the game into one of its evil minions with its laser weapon.
The fun isn’t over yet! NETHERWORLD also offers four exciting escape rooms for adventure seekers to put their skills to the test. Given the very low inventory of these challenges, Escape Rooms sell-out quickly during October and should be booked in advance at www.escapethenetherworld.com.
