E3 2018 hasn’t officially started yet, but the pre-show Press Conferences kicked off this past Saturday, June 9th. First up was EA (Electronic Arts) and they brought with them all of the titles you might expect, including FIFA 19, Madden NFL 2019 and Battlefield V. There were a few surprises and interesting new developments, however. Below are the three most interesting games EA shared.
Anthem
In Anthem™, a new shared-world action-RPG from EA’s BioWare studio, team up with friends as Freelancers—the bold few with the courage to leave civilization behind and explore a landscape of primeval beauty. Wield an arsenal of Javelin exosuits, each equipped with unique weapons and abilities. Band together with friends, confront the dangers you find and grow in power with every step.
Unravel Two
Team up with Yarny in Unravel Two as you chase the spark of adventure. Form new bonds with friends in seamless local co-op, or create two Yarnys of your own and explore a blossoming world. Jump, slide, swing, and run faster than ever through beautiful natural landscapes and complex urban areas to solve challenging puzzles and watch your environment come to life.
Sea of Solitude
When humans get too lonely, they turn into monsters. That’s what happened to Kay. But she’s not alone – this ocean is full of creatures just like her. Finding them may be the key to changing her back. Sea of Solitude is an upcoming third-person exploration game from Jo-Mei Games. Join Kay as she navigates the waters of heartache, empathy, and hope.
