Ever since Figures Toy Company hit a home run with their Batman Classic TV Series retro figures, fans have often wondered what other live action licenses FTC might try their hand at. Those fans are in for some wonderful news today, as FTC has announced plans for a Wonder Woman Classic TV Series of retro figures, inspired by Lynda Carter’s starring role as the iconic DC Comics character!
Just the addition of a Lynda Carter Wonder Woman to FTC’s long lineup of characters is news enough, but FTC promises that additional cast members could also see creation as collectibles. Steve Trevor (as played by Lyle Waggoner) seems like a sure bet, and a Diana Prince figure is all too obvious. Could we see Wonder Girl get her place in the assortment? How about the variety of villains that Wonder Woman came up against over the course of three seasons? There are so many possibilities for new figures in this series!
Second Union will have all the details on the who/what/when questions concerning the Wonder Woman Classic TV Series in the coming months and Figures Toy Company will keep collectors updated on their social media as well.
