Diablo 3‘s necromancer class finally becomes available June 27 through the Rise of the Necromancer game pack. Game patch 2.6.0 arrives with it bringing new Challenge Rifts, the Shrouded Moors, the Temple of the Firstborn, and the Realms of Fate, all free of charge. This patch must be downloaded before you can fight demons with your skeletal minions, which means the pack and the new free content will become available after Diablo 3 has completed maintenance in your area.
Purchase of Rise of the Necromancer will unlock the following content:
- Non-combat pet
- A pair of cosmetic wings
- New Necromancer-themed Banner Shape, Sigil, and Accent
- Necromancer Portrait Frame
- Pennant
- Two additional character slots
- Two additional stash tabs (not on consoles)
The Season 11 adventures will be starting Thursday, July 20 at 5pm PDT, giving you plenty of time to choose your favourite build and armour set for the necromancer so you can remain competitive in the seasonal rankings.
