SIDESHOW UNVEILS GIANT STAR WARS DROID AT COMIC-CON!
Sideshow unveiled the latest addition to their range of high-end 1:1 scale collectibles today – and it was HUGE!
An incredibly detailed life-sized K-2SO figure towered above all of the other Star Wars products at Sideshow’s booth, and the massive re-programmed Imperial Security Droid is sure to attract a lot of attention at this weekend’s convention!
Very little information about this charismatic droid has been released at this time, but the eerily lifelike robot is already creating a stir. “We make collectibles in all shapes and sizes, but there’s no denying this guy stands out” said Matt Bischoff, Sideshow Project Manager.
He added, “people always love to come by our booth and get photos with the life-size pieces. You visit Sideshow, and you get a pic with R2-D2 or Boba Fett. We all do it, even the Sideshow crew. But, I’ve already seen so many K-2SO selfies! He’s going to be in everyone’s Facebook profile picture this weekend (laughs)”
